This morning , I find myself in the beautiful town of Antalya in Turkey ☀

Strong knots of kindness form the basis of our daily life throughout the inevitable minor & major ups & downs.

One can be forced to be strong, very strong, shocking themselves with inner strength conjured up from the depths of, somewhere 🤔

Finding different paths, with the sound of the sea behind me .. the waves 🌊 don’t stop, they calm, they rest .. but they don’t ever stop. The movement, the force, the life, it doesn’t end.

Snooker … there are rules, a game without an opponent would be boring, not challenging & wouldn’t help us improve our skills. However, we could make our own rules up 😂.

Risks, rewards, odds, wins, losses, holding one’s nerve, going back in for more, knowing when to walk away, playing the banker, keeping cards close to chest, going all in, caution, calculating, …

Thoughts & emotions are quite simply on a different level to anything experienced before, for those of us walking this path, we find ourselves on.

Welcome another new weekend .. it’s waiting to be written ..

Time .. what is it ?

I’m heading on a long car journey today & have a bag of these sat nearby 😉

A beautiful house 🤔 with many stories to tell, I’m sure. Some will be light hearted, happy & fun & many more that have sadness to the core.

What is it about flowers ?

Felt compelled to stop & admire these yesterday when I was supposed to be running !

That warm, fuzzy, contented feeling that comes & floods us when something important has been accomplished. 👌 👏

Woah, this has thrown me somewhat !

The little things are Infact the BIG things. . 🤔

Four months into this life adjustmemt & simply sitting, allowing memories of times gone by to flood my thoughts… is therapeutic.
