The season of JOY is upon us, the smells, the tunes, the jostle & joy.

Can everyone see & feel the joy ? Likely not, is the reality… is it visible ? Is it a feeling, a sound … a picture.

It could be that it’s a combination of many factors … all starting with a decision.

Deciding that there is Joy, that it’s not reserved for those perfect situations, times. The decision to feel joyful 🤔 ..

This season brings something to all of us, if we can take the time to decide what it is we need to allow the ripple of joy to show.

New locations, familiar locations ?

Gifts wrapped in bows or simple hugs ?

Indulgent foods, new flavours ?

Family time, togetherness ?

Hanging hope on the tree ?

The decisions are ours … always. The JOY is ours .. always, there’s joy … it boldly awaits us to jump in with our situation, our thoughts & allow it to jolly us along joy seeking.
