Away with the fairies …

Thoughts wandering… taking us to far away places, distant memories & way into the future .. dreaming. Away from current reality, the moment.

We all do this, our minds force us to .. thankfully, as it’s a magical place. A place of fairies .. whimsical world of wandering.

Soaking up fairy tales when we were tiny, allowing ourselves to get absorbed into the magic & beauty of the characters, became ingrained in our memories. Generally read to us by older generations who no doubt had many tales of their own to tell.

Those characters in our lives who read to us, weren’t fairies 🧚… their tales would’ve been magical in their own right, despite the broken pieces woven through.

Finding the gifts in each tale, gently listening to it., is a skill that we each have, if we can grab some time to go away with the fairies. 🧚‍♀

Appreciating the gift that we are living in, our own tale, viewing the wrapping paper differently, is the way that we begin to accept, dream & believe in fairy tales.

Each Season in our lives, adds to our tale, tests our belief. Showing us that life isn’t the fairy tale we may have imagined.

However, we must never stop…. Believing in magic, dreaming or listening …
