Time out .. to kick back .. & recharge!

Finding the quiet zone to kick back, grab time, ponder in peace, escape the noise … throughout the day. How often do we find that zone?

Our minds are constantly whirring away, playing tricks on us, confusing us & simply struggling to file all the elements of emotion, tasks, plans, lists, requests & constant noise & interference.

Where are the zones that can provide the quick recharge .. calming of the internal hard drive ? They are in the least expected places, at the least expected times throughout the day … recognising them is not always easy.

To do the desired job, in the quickest of time … these zones tend not to be at home. If there is anything in sight that we are responsible for, that we can link to a task … the recharge of the kick back is highly likely to be interfered with.

People, pets, paperwork, devices … must not feature in the zone identified to take the time out in.

These regular kick backs can be effective in very short bursts of maybe 3/4 minutes … they don’t need to be viewed as a waste of time. See them as clear space, unplanned … just simply … time out to kick back & recharge. Ready for the next item on the to do list, the agenda…

The internal hard drive is our responsibility, keep it charged & allow regular updates to the files.

Seek out the zones today, indulge .. they’re not a waste of time. Reduce the interference 😉
