Step by step … taking every aspect of life step by step … on times it feels ordered & precise rather like this brick path .. although equally it can come without any order, structure or planning … just simple stepping, striding & moving.
Stepping ONwards… includes steps which must be healthy in comparison to standing still. Motion nurtures the mind.
