Moan less ….

Moan ? Yes, moan … you know, expressing to yourself or others how things are just.. well, urghh. Not perfect, not falling into place or going to plan.

The weather, the government, the kids, the partner, the boss, the business … the world … moan, moan, moan …. More moaning that we realise.

We moan in our thoughts & verbally.

It’s ok to moan for a moment, or a serious of moments, on a daily basis. We are human, life happens & so much is out of our control.

So, why do we moan so much about these things ? I wonder 🤔

We each have 24 hours in each day & varying levels of headspace & energy.

Wasting our time & energy … always our choice, very often done without opting to, without considering. We are so busy moaning that time & energy slips away without noticing, until it’s gone.

If moaning helps us, I guess that’s a reason to go big on it ! I very much doubt any of us gets any benefit from it though.

Time is slipping by, we have no idea how much time there is. Life isn’t perfect, promised or ever able to have a second take. 🌟

Moan less & help each other more … fill time with more beneficial thoughts & words.
