When facing the day with fear, feeling shook up, out of our depth … tuning into the channel that raises us, I believe is the key to embracing our day & achieving, whatever is required… however small the step.

Grief is in our days, each day .. it runs with us, mainly unseen on a different channel or tab. It’s open, we can tune into it.

Others believe in us, they do. We believe in ourselves, we support others as we do ourselves. Our life channels & tabs get

busy, distorted & on times hard to locate.

Trust me, they’re there … we all have that tab open … Believe & achieve.
